<span style="color: #000000;">The first step in enrolling your child(ren) in Jafaria School for the 2014 - 2015 school year is to fill out the following enrollment form and then either email it to registration@jafariaschool.com or bring it to Masjid-e-Ali in person and hand it to one of the administration members.</span>
<span style="color: #000000;">It must be filled out completely.To enroll your child(ren) in Jafaria School, the following enrollment form must be completed in its entirety.</span>
